Lisa Oakley with more than 20 yrs experience is a professional HR/ER Advisor to CEOs, boards, and leadership teams across Australia and New Zealand. Her expertise spans leadership capability, dispute resolution, industrial relations, employment relations, structural design, culture and delivering systems that hold up under pressure. She has worked with large employers such as Air NZ, Spark, the University of Auckland, and many more.

Lisa is an experienced negotiator, mediator and licensed private investigator. She influences how organisations think about leadership, operational culture, and long-term people performance. She has served as National Vice President of HRNZ, tutored Employment Relations at Massey University and is currently completing her Doctorate at Otago in Conflict Resolution
