With a degree in Psychology and 30 years’ hard-core negotiating experience, he can quickly simplify complex and competing negotiating interest into a workable commercial strategy and action plan. As a negotiation thought leader, Fred prioritises staying ahead of current industrial relations, union and negotiating trends globally, for the purpose of developing new and improved IR streams for Australia and New Zealand.
