With more than 20 years of local and international experience as an employment and industrial relations specialist and negotiator. Fred established Adelhelm & Associates in 2004 and now has offices in Auckland and Melbourne.
With a degree in psychology, plus post-graduate employment law and dispute resolution qualifications, Fred has worked with senior executives of unionised British, German, Swiss, Indian, South African, Australian, Singaporean, Chinese, American and New Zealand companies, including many high-profile international brands.
Fred splits his time equally between New Zealand and Australia markets, coaching various companies’ senior executives and human resources specialists in both strategic and applied industrial and employment relations. One of his claims to fame includes developing an internationally-recognised program for executive skill enhancement in industrial relations, which demystifies industrial and employment relations and union activity for business leaders.
